What you'll be doing
- Assisting 2x External Sales staff with lead generation and appointment scheduling, Consulting on lighting specifications & layouts with key decision makers.
- Communication with new and existing clients via Phone and Email.
- Promotion of Trend Lighting product range in a professional manner that clearly communicates the features and benefits for each product.
- Administrative duties utilising our internal system for product price & availability, order & delivery tracking, maintaining CRM & reporting figures to Sales Manager as required.
